Job Notes: Setup traffic with 3 flaggers and a Dayton police officer on Patterson Rd. Removed test from 4� plastic main on Patterson Rd. Squeezed off 4� medium pressure main at 1250 Patterson Road. Tied tested main into medium pressure main and gassed up tested main and services. Purged to 100% gas. Had plumbers install orifices back into regulators on meter settings and relight affected customers. Cut purge cap off existing 2� main on Martel Dr. Had the sewer crew run their camera inside the 2� main to find where the main could be leaking. Found a hole in the main. Had the vac truck spot the main and verify where hole was in main. Dug up the 2� main and cut out section of bad main and installed new section of main. Installed new 2� high volume tee on uprated 4� main on Patterson Rd and fused 2� main on Martel Dr to the hv tee. Put man on Martel Dr and service pipe on test. Removed test once passed and tapped the high volume tee and gassed up 2� main to 100% gas. Backfilled bell hole in the road on Patterson Rd.
