Crew replaced riser and meter set as well crew cut in new curb stop retested service line from curb stop to house tied back into existing pl gassed up soaped out couplings. Crew did bar hole over existing tee locates got 0% crew also bar holed into bank towards road from curb stop got 0% crew then did backfill and clean up back flagged meter set was locked off due to nobody home/ coming to door when crew made attempts for relight cnp dispatch was notified |
