| Job Notes: 1482 Spice Tree, Fairborn. Work order called for steel service replacement and a leak at the flange, did my investigation and dug up service to find yellow plastic. Called rector to confirm not having to replace service since it’s plastic, then did rebuild on meter set for an 8 meter manifold, rebuilt from lock stop to regulator flange, nipple going in to flange was leaking. Put new bolts in, new gasket, new 1” pipe from lock stop up to flange, tested house line to all apartments, and relight all but one. |
