Job Notes: 11/29 got to 333 W. Court st and came to find out curb valve was in operable for tech to turn gas on and that’s why it was turned over as a renew. Looked at service inside and saw where meter was you were in parking lot like 3’ so couldn’t move directly out from there, the room next to it where pipe came in was 40-50’ across and called moser about just replacing curb valve, said to just renew it temporarily till we could get materials for renewal, rector then said just get valve working and test house line after outlet of meter side and renew tomorrow the 29th tested those and got valve to open, had two relights on roof top units. Tried to call Tim in Fairborn to get material no answer called like 5 times, randy in Centerville said to just come to him and get everything for it got down there at 2 o’clock. So got the guys on getting everything prepped and dug out for the 30th put plates on everything for night due to elderly coming for candy. James Wilson relight .On 11/30 came back and shut down service to renew,cut at house wall and brought up to tie into 630 outlet side of meter, before that we did test all connections that we made inside and out. Put new curb valve in and inserted 5’ from house so we could get depth, built 630 meter loop and put meter in,tested 31’ of pipe and made live, had James relight again to be finished. Set 2 ballards in front of meter, and and backfilled holes put two sleeves on pipe for when concrete gets poured . Hourly t&e is for 11/29 notes explain this. Picking up material is explained also |
