| Job Notes: Tried to get info on where kitted materials were for this project starting 8/15/2022. At 3:30 on 8/31 plans changed as far as first cut regulator and we were told by Centerpoint Supervision all materials needed would be at Dayton West. Foreman arrived at Dayton West OPP center at 7:30 am and was told he needed to go to Troy OPP center to pick up a welded 1" curb valve. Foreman went from Dayton West to Troy and then had to return to job location in Greenfield. 11074 Bonner rd. Had extreme difficulty even recieving first cut drawings, then after recieving drawings the details were changed at the last minute resulting in the material handling charges. |
