Job Notes: 582 Shepherd rd/ Had vac truck come in and vac all soft surface holes, then vac out the water in the road hole for that was 4’x2’ and 52” deep. Bore guys bored under road to 40’ from house where couldn’t locate the water service anymore, dug from house out 40’ and had a receiving pit. After bore was in and pulled back had vac suck around main due to fiber was right on the pipe, cut trench to main and service was 210’ and tied on to 4” yellow plastic w a 4x1 tee and 1” HDPE set 250 meter loop and backfilled house, tested line going to house. Padded in road at water and backfilled everything but tee. Then after the test was good tapped and backfilled that, backflagged everything and plated road for CDF ON 12/3
