| Job Notes: 800 E. Xenia rd. New service to the Casey’s in Fairborn, was going to bore but due to a mass amount of utilities in by the main I had to verify all them in there and trench to a clear spot where I could dig in the service out of the clear of the rest of the utilities. Dug up 4” main and put a HV tee on for 169’ of 2” to a 1000 meter, put CV in w all flanged parts at the meter. Backfilled all vacd holes w sand, and locked off setting due to plumber had to add pieces to line coming down the house wall, wasn’t ready like paper work said. |
