| Job Notes: 1967 Bellbrook Ave/ Had a new service at 1967, started to dig where main was marked and other marks were and 8” into iit found a drop that was not marked,then hand dug to mark sure the other marks were right and 3 out of 4 were wrong. Gas was 6’ off there mark, Att was 7’ off and spectrum was 6’ off there marks. Finally found main which was a 6” yellow coated steel, had cam weld a punch tee on and opened up trench to house to find 3.5’ of concrete at house wall 3’ wide from wall. Had to jackhammer out just to get pipe close enough to house and set my meter bar, put mcroy on and tested tee and then got the pressure off main, tested pipe and tied in everything. Wrapped main,and punch tee got the reading from main, backfilled everything and backflagged. |
