| Job Notes: Potholed utilities in bore path for 2” main install in front of 905 Kauffman Ave. City of Fairborn stopped out and informed us they have a in locatable forced sewer main in the bore side of the road. Had to open cut instead of bore. Open cut and installed 100’ of 2” pipe and wire. Dug up where 2” plastic existing gas main was supposed to be for tie in point. Could not find existing main. Had to pothole in various locations to find the existing main. Ended up finding it in the new paved lane of traffic on Kauffman Ave. Had to change how we was going to proceed. Removed new 2” pipe and wire we installed in the ditch and backfilled ditch and spot holes. Will install new 2” pipe and wire on the East side of Kauffman Ave and tie into new 2” plastic main on the south side of W. Lindberg Ave. |
