| Job Notes: Cross St./ Bloomingburg dates are from the 13th, 16th,17th, and the 19th. The 13th had 2.5 hrs for 3man and 2.5 for labor tied 6” into spherical and ran it to where the setting will b, capped it off there, then capped off 4” off the transition due to I was leaving job till we got the 6” valve in and welded up. 16th 8hr 3 man,8hr Labor, and 8 hr welder w rig, Started out redoing the 3-4” that we had made up to get over to the setting, went to picked up setting at the Xenia shop, got it back to job and put together, setting it on Saturday the 17th.\. The 17th, 8hr 3man crew, 8hr Labor, set the setting in, and tied that 6” onto the leg and then put back together when we tied in the 2-4” got everything ready and set for test on Monday. 19th Started out w tapping out both saddles, tightened up everything on the setting again before test taped up all the flanges, put on test at 11:47 am, checked at 12:55 had 15 mins to go and dropped waited another hour and went back up, decided to go over night w it. 12/19/22 adding welders time for building the setting in Bloomingburg had 34hrs total for it. |
