| Job Notes: 1959 Campus dr. Rear easement main, replace service, but had to wait on marks, wait on customer approval to take fence out, and talk w customer to b on property. Finally got fence out and mini was just a hair to big had to go get 17 from yard to get in, had guys hand digging up the curb valve to see line size, then got there w 17 and found a one strap super tee that wasn’t able to b killed w no blow tool, so had to call mark and get approval on what to do w it, then he wanted to weld straps on tee to service line. Welded one strap on to 3/4 service line to tee, then put compression on. System had 4.5 lbs on it, tied on to back side of curb valve and ran new service to house. Tested, and backfilled, relight, and put new meter on, also tested house line, due to the snow had to talk w customer about coming back later and fixing everything that would settle and look like crap. |
