Job Notes: 1920 Bellbrook ave 1-5/1-6 had issues finding main at first thought it was missed marked, but it was 8’ deep. Had a hole 12’x8’x6’ deep then went deeper and found it after was told it was 8’ had to send dale out for a box to work in, had Cory vac out 8 holes for my bore, had one in the road and the rest on grass areas, Awp was out on road at 830 due to the concrete guys parked in middle of road for an hour then during flagging the one lady walked off the job cause her hands were cold had to lose one of my guys to flag for and hour till the other ppl got her. Bore guys then got set up and bored to building which took 2.5 hrs just to get to the building. After getting pulled back set box in the hole to get tee welded on connected everything together till 1-6-22. On 1-6 finished up service as far a cutting in a curb box, testing service, then tapped tee and pulled box, backfilled put plat back on road, backflagged and seeded and strawed, will probably have to come back due to settlement cause of froze ground but looks good today.
