Job Notes: 705 Highland Ave Horizon put a tower/ building in the back of the golf course and needed gas to that building, dug up 8” MPSTL and welded a punch tee on, w an 1100 EFV, and ran 138’ of 1” HDPE pipe to the inside of this gated building, set a 630 meter setting to be tied into. Was told that there plumber had to tie into generator due to warranty. No meter, no tie in, backfilled, backflagged, purged, and locked off.
