| Job Notes: 4/3 Dug up 8” HP main, got it ready to weld on, welded up all the 2” pipe, and dug in 100’ of 2” and 6’ of 1”. Backfilled everything, set 2” riser, left both ends open to be able to move around and set everything, and capped both ends for overnight. 4/4 Cut in 2” CV, got setting on site and sat at the building, had 2.5hrs on putting back together a and gaskets, and building the relief valve on the setting, Matt came and welded punch tee, and fabricated the riser to the little Joe setting, got that all welded and put it on test for a HP test, left it on over night. 4/5 Took test off HP side after the green light, tested the 2” service w the setting, put the little joe in, relief valve, in on the riser w 4 ballards around it, then purged to the setting, and set 5 ballards around the setting, also when I set the actual setting I used 2 concrete blocks to set my stands on. |
