| Job Notes: 34 E. Mound St., South Charleston: Cut road to dig up main, 3” stl found a side tap on the main. Got material to put a punch tee on and the short stops to stopple the main and weld a high hat on, 5/24 started to weld on short stops on, and tap them out to stopple, welded high hat on and retired service, moved meter outside and had 5’ of fuel line, then welded punch tee on and inserted 58’ of 1” to where we moved out, set new meter, tested both the house line and service line w punch tee, 5lbs on main so no EFV, once tested started to backfill, and backflag, padded main to flowfill the road. |
