| Job Notes: Permalock found on service when renewing. Replaced 4’ of 4”, squeezed one way feed, needed bypass to cut out section, put bypass on no tested,put monitor tees on and tested, waited my time for bypass, squeezed both sides, cut section out, and replaced w new 4”, purged, and retired bypass, and monitor tees, backfilling 5/26. This is a company that has maintenance, they do thre own relighting I also charged for the retirement on prior pay sheet. |
