| Job Notes: 1320 Lavelle dr. New service at established grade, main was in the road had spot holes vacd for a bore and found an old yellow mark from where there was gas ran prior, dug it up to see if it was active, found 1” yellow w a stab dead head on it, had 50lbs on it. Dug it in rather then used bore,dug in new service to house and had 115’ of 1” HDPE, with new riser, and setting. Tested everything and added new CV at the curb, backfilled everything including spot holes. Had 5 ton of sand To fill pot holes. |
