| Job Notes: 2025 US Hwy. 62 NE, WCH. :7/17- started job waited on vac to get there due to spot holes I needed vacd, city came to me and asked if I not spot the water main in the road due to newer road, had to talk w Jeffery Griffin and tell him, made up a paper stating that we would not be responsible for any damages while boring across the street due to them not wanting us to spot there holes. Other then that had 11 spot holes and and investigation for searching a stub that maybe was across the street, 7/18 shot 235’ of 1” to car wash tied into 4” yellow plastic, no EFV, put CV in 3’ off main tested 1” pipe, lock stop and riser, tapped 4” and purged service, locked off w no meter, or tie in. |
