| Job Notes: Information received for project incorrect - made trip to Dayton West after opening excavation for correct material needed .Rear easement service renew, main was 58” deep, and in the back property of 109 Orth Dr., had to take fence down, and dug up old service that was retired 5’ off main on property. Used no blow on punch tee, and tied on to the old steel service pipe 12” off the main. 5lb system, tested 84’ of 1” w riser, and lock stop, set meter loop, and tied into house, no relight, locked it off due to no one was on site. |
