| Job Notes: Had spotted C/V for a bore across street, when we did had gas bubbling up in water from main, called Mosher and asked what he wanted to be done, and he said to go ahead and fix it, dug it up and found two holes on main, had went to Dayton west to get parts, put a 12” leak band on it and backfilled had 3.5 hrs of T&M fixing, running and backfilling on it. |
