| Job Notes: 12/27 : 432 Forest St. Washington Court House Dug up curb valve, and found a compression 90, and a wire connected to the main that gave me a .578 had orange plastic on both sides dug up main in road (4’x3’)to verify that orange plastic went to main and wire was connected to the main, had an anode that was rotted off the main, and shot two new anodes on, cut out C.V. and replaced with a new HDPE C.V., dug up at the house, and replaced 10’ of 1” tested everything that was installed, and locked off, padded and flowfilled hole in street also. |
