| Job Notes: 200 N 5th St, Greenfield - Dug up 2’’ main and found curb valve on it leading to 200 N 5th St. What was marked/labeled as main was the actual service. 2" STL was 23" deep. Took (2) 5’x10’ sidewalk panels, and spotted main on long-side to see if it was the same depth, which it was. Per Mosher, ended up putting short stop on and stoppling off 2’’, welded a transition on and retired 49’ of 2’’ and putting in 48’ of 2’’ HDPE in. Tested service, and H/L had to lock off setting due to leak in building, backfilled sidewalk with gravel and seeded and Penn mulched, painted setting also. |
