Job Notes: 112 S. Hayden ave/ 6/4 dug up more room to get all my saddles on, and test them, then got everything dug up and found a big hole on the side of the main where hit kit would of been. 6/5 got all my saddles on and tested and went to tap and bar messed up, got piece of pipe made up and tested and ready to come back with new bar. 6/6 got double bagged both sides of the 6” and cut out section of 6”steel, put in 6’5” of 6” HDPE main with 2 compression fitting stl-plastic, then welded my service tee on and used that and 3’ piece of pipe for purge stack, got everything in and soaped and tested service again and relight on customers appliances.
