| Job Notes: Spent 3 hours saw cutting/ hammering out 12” thick asphalt and digging up 4” steel main at Ottello and N. Dixie Drive for low pressure steel main retirement. Had to keep making the hole bigger chasing 4” steel main to find a good section with no leaks. Bagged off 4” steel main and cut out a section of steel. Installed a 4” dresser on the side staying live. Removed bag and soaped out live side. Installed air mover and removed all gas from the retired side. Backfilled all bell holes. |
