| Job Notes: 216 Highland Ave. , Washington Court House/ Dug up 3’’ steel and 3 different services 421 W. East st. 215 Highland Ave, and 216 HIghland Ave, found all 3 services leaking at the tees, main had 5# on it and had to get the go ahead to do the main replacement, opened up South end to weld in and not the north end yet due to main was in road more, had 3 holes in road that were 2’x9’, 4’x20’, and 2’x5’. Got the go ahead on the 19th and dug in 130’ of main padded everything with sand and gravel, then dirt on top, open cut the driveway that was 2’x26’ and sand and graveled everything and tamped in, wrapped up and came back on 7/23 opened up all my holes to weld in and found a service that was retired and blowing with a hole in the side, got the tee’s welded and had to come back farther due to the leaking service in original hole on North end, had to shut down due to rain on Tuesday, and came back on 7/24, dug out other bell hole and welded everything up and tested, tapped and purged, had 140’ of 3’ due to that other bell hole. 7/25 retired 130’ of 3’’ and put 3’’ compression fittings on the end |
