| Job Notes: 1298 Artesian Lane , Fairborn / leak at stab fitting where they tied it in to do a new service, service was a bull horn so squeezed 1” MDPE on 1298 side, and cut out 5’ of 1”, replaced with 1” HDPE and retested from new cut in piece to the house, also tested H/L had new riser, so just changed out the meter to a new one, backfilled and backflagged, seeded and Penn mulched then relight on all appliances. |
