| Job Notes: 12209 Amy Dee Lane , Medway - main leak investigation on 12209 and dug up main and found 2 2x1 tees on main one going to the address and one just cut, it was leaking on the tee that was cut, got the go ahead on cutting in hit kit, and had to replace service, found a socket fusion on the service about 9’ off tee and replaced 10’ of 1” going to 12209 Amy Dee, tested bypass and then dropped in hit kit, re-tested service, and purged out of setting. Backfilled, backflagged and put Penn mulch and seed down, locked setting off like it was. |
