| Job Notes: Setup traffic control on W. 2nd St at June Dr. removed steel plate. Put 2,842’ of new 4” hdpe main on 7 hr test. Tested 2” shortstop verification tee and tapped. Verified pressure on steel main. Plated hole. Setup traffic control on S. Orange St at W. 2nd St. Tested 2” shortstop verification tee. Tapped tee and verified pressure on steel main. Plated hole. Setup traffic control on W. 2nd St at Little Main St. dug out ditch connecting 4” main bell hole. Layed new 2” hdpe main in ditch and fused to new 4” hdpe main on 2nd St with a 2” high volume tee. Blew pigs through new 2” main and installed 2” purge cap at end of main. Did not tap 2” hv tee, will test separately from new 4” main. Setup traffic control back at W. 2nd St at June Dr. removed steel plate and blew down test on new 4” main. Put 20 pounds of air back into new 4” main for overnight. Plated hole and tore down traffic control back. |
