Job Notes: Open cut tie in hole on 4th st. And dug back on existing 4” main for tie in point. Saw cut and removed asphalt on Burkhardt Ave for spot holes. Spotted utilities in bore in bore path on Burkhardt Ave. Dug out bell hole for center point to install 4” side tap tee. Attempted 4” bore across Burkhardt Ave, got halfway across the road and ran into huge rock in the bore path. Cannot get past it, will open cut across the road.
